Dishwasher service
I was not present. Due to the change in appt. dates my husband had to take a break from his work to be available when service agent arrived. Service agent was late. My husband stated service agent was very cordial & worked hard at the task at hand. I arrived home to find the dishwasher door crooked. Slopes to one side. I am hopeful that the dishwasher will function properly after I use it & hopeful that a service agent will come back & fix the door.

Refridgerator repair completed, get humans in call center
Technician was skilled and we had no concerns about him repairing our Fridge.. The only thing to improve would be to add actual people to the ticket call center. My wife dialed in and, because it's nothing but bots, accidentally pressed one button by accident and our repair was unnecessarily delayed by 2 weeks.
