The tech. Was knowledgeable and helped explain and answered my questions The comment I have is, if the tech would call and give at least two hour notice it's not just the tech that I had it's sears company They should have a window of four hours and not eight or at least say, either morning or afternoon instead of all day. This tech did call and say he was on his way in which was nice.

Dishwasher Fixed
Jonathon F was very professional and more service oriented than the previous gentleman who came out. He actually fixed our dishwasher and was not rude to my wife compared to the last gentleman who came out two times and did nothing and was very rude.
