Joseph was EXCELLENT. The system like the phone system is super hard to navigate. I tried 3 times to edit my information and it wouldn't let me and told me to try later. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. We are actually considering the warrenty but if we can't ever talk with anyone I'm pretty sure it won't work for us.
