Friendly, Communicative, Efficient!
Kevin was really friendly, on time, and his examination of our inoperable ice maker was thorough. He did everything he could on the first service call to diagnose and repair, but our fridge was too blocked with packed ice. One we thawed the freezer and the parts came, he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He explained what he was doing and what had likely had happened to cause the ice maker malfunction. I appreciated his attention to detail, the care he took with our appliance, and his communication throughout. Standup guy, super nice, quick and effective. 10/10
