Dan was very professional and pleasant. He did a great job. Unfortunately, Sears home service messages are nerve-wracking! Never accurate on arrival time! Once he showed up,no call til there! No message before! Hope the system can be improved upon!!!

Best Tech I have ever had
Corey was engaging and thorough. He went above and beyond and cleaned the back of my refrigerator. He was positive and pleasant even though I was his last visit of the day. Easily the best tech I have ever had!

Dryer not starting
Ray was wonderful. He found the issue and explained to me what it was and what he would need to do to fix it. He had the part in his truck so he was able to fix it the same day. Very nice and experienced technician.
