The technician was very nice and professional. He was able to get the filter out after several minutes. Then he checked the washer out thoroughly to make sure there were no leaks. I am very satisfied with the service.

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Repair
Had an issue with refrigerator not cooling or freezing. Christine showed up at the time she stated and quickly identified the problem. She had me check our original paperwork to confirm the parts were under warranty saving us over $500. She ordered the parts and a week later arrived to install and get us up and running.
