Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Repair
Jason provided a competent repair and explanation of the problem. He was conscientious and cleaned up well when finished. However, I am not at all happy with the service life of this machine built by Samsung for Sears and Kenmore Elite, This was supposed to be a top of the line machine at the time of purchase. And we expected at least 10-15 years of service before a potential repair. This is the second of two expensive repairs, the first last July 2023 with a failed compressor and now this latest repair. I suspect the current failure may have had something to do with the previous repair, with possible debris getting into the line. I know things don't last forever but expected a better service life before failing, (twice!).

Super knowledgeable with his job knew what to go for soon as he seen the unit my refrigerator why the compressor wasn't turning on pull the unit out put a new one in up and running in under 30 minutes definitely would recommend Don K for repairs to your appliances very knowledgeable

Dryer repair
Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful serviceman. couldn't ask for better. We signed up for appliance warranty so we could ensure this level of quality going forward. Also we bought our appliances at Sears, have had good service from Sears in the past and our appliances are mostly around 20 yrs old.
