David was very knowledgeable about many products. He was friendly and very efficient. He made sure my appliance was working 100 percent before he left. He explained what was wrong which normally a technician won't do. He was very respectful of my property. He came within the time frame I was told. If I need any more appliances repaired I hope I get David again.

Mark was on time, asked about the problem, and went right to work figuring out what needed to be done. He explained the process and then gave us the opportunity to accept or turn down the cost of the repair. When the repair was finished, he took care of the payment and we shook hands and he was on his way. He was friendly, polite and is an asset to A&E.
