Finally……. A solution
Finally a technician that took there time to find an alternative to our a/c and furnace issue. We also appreciate him taking the time to explain what needed to be done and why. However, to solve the problem thermostat had to be installed in the furnace room rather then its original place upstairs.

Great Job!
Thank you, Tim, for being so prompt and efficient. You did a great job installing the replacement part for my dishwasher and left me follow-up instructions should I have any problems. The work was done in a timely manner and my dishwasher is back in use. So excited! Thanks again

Kenmore washer dispenser hose
Charles is one of the best professionals that I have dealt with. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience which was evident in how he assessed/ completed the part installation. I had a career that spanned 46 years and involved managing a lot of projects and people. Chuck displayed the work ethic, customer relations skill set, and professionalism that are a critical asset to Sears Home Services. In my opinion, he can teach or coach those who have less experience to exceed all expectations.

Finally fixed
The technician was outstanding however, the communication from Thor to myself in Sears was horrible and as a result, I will never buy another Thor product again. Through no fault of the technician it took several trips in several months for a simple issue to be resolved. Again, I appreciate, all the effort made by the Sears technician. Each time he did his part to try to help resolve the issue. The technician was professional, polite, and understanding of my frustration. Each time he came to the home to resolve the issue.
