Sometimes things don't work out as planned. Tim tried to fix my oven. Previous guy misdiagnosed the problem. So i am still without. Tim tried and communicated with me about the issues.

Joshua was phenomenal; the customer service line was not
Joshua was phenomenal. He was timely and came when he said he would. The repair was quick and took no more than 15 minutes. The customer service I experienced with the first repair person was not great and the second repair person never even showed up. I wasted a day at home waiting and never received a call or email to say nobody was coming. When I asked what I got for the inconvenience, the representatives refused to do anything and kept transferring me back and forth between the service department and the warranty department. I sent tweets to Sears about it and was directed to send messages via FB only for that person to act ignorant about everything including telling me that I never had an appointment! I felt like I was being punked. Despite the amazing service I got, I won't ever use Sears Home Services again. If customer service is lacking, the company doesn't deserve my business.
