Jacob was very good & tool care of that we were set for winter & our furnace is running well I do have a concern when you want to talk to a person you have none. We made so many calls to talk to someone about our appointment & your numbers list gets a automated message.

David was extremely knowledgeable in his analysis of my tractor, as well as thorough in explaining what needed to be repaired/replaced in order to bring it up to good durable working order. Unfortunately, given the age of my tractor, the price was too much for me.

Super Helpful and Friendly
I don't know what you are Anthony him, but he needs a raise. He went above and beyond to help us find the best way to repair the oven whether it be replacement or order other parts. He gave us the best options and called around to see what needed to be done, all while being super friendly and patient with us and the kids. We ended up deciding to buy a new oven instead of replacing it, but I'm glad I called Sears instead of some of the other options.
