Marty .. A&E Repairman
Marty was very nice, arrived within the scheduled time, fixed the problem with my refrigerator .. was picked up and gone again promptly. Hopefully the problem is resolved. It takes at least 24 hours for the refrigerator to make a batch of craft ice cubes to be sure the ice maker is working. It has only been that long ago that Marty left and to date there is no sign of ice cubes in the storage bin.

I was not at home, my son in law was here. Said guy ran diagnostics on washer, said everything is fine. That we need to learn how to use it. Washing clothes today still doing the same thing even after changing settings.

service completion
Overall, the service was satisfactory, although a rescheduling for repair was necessary because the incorrect replacement parts were ordere initially. Also, I was disappointed that the parts discarded were left for us to dispose of because they can not be recycled curbside. I expected the repair company to have a source for disposal of appliance parts. Patrick, however, was courteous, and prompt.

Unfixed/incomplete job
Told me that my dryer was all set and fixed, said that it was only a problem with the wiring harness. One day later and the dryer will randomly "freeze" up in the middle of a cycle. We then have to stop the dryer, let it reset for a minute or so and restart the cycle. Not sure what the problem is, but this was apparently a huge waste of money

Sears lack of support
Tech wasnt ready or Just didnt seem to care, had to google the error code, told him I tried everything/searched no luck. He kept trying, then went to his truck, talked to his senior support from his truck, called from truck, said he did everything he could and to contact GE. I asked if he would come back in the house to explain the issue, said he was done. Left. Nice support - please replace with new dishwasher or please send experienced tech.
