Cellanoid replacement
Jeff was professional and helpful. He started by asking me to describe what actually happened to the refrigerator. Jeff explained several things about the refrigerator I wasn't aware of, even though it was purchased 10 years ago. After replacing the cellanoid for the drinking water system and replacing the filter, which I had already ordered, he then ran the water until clean water was dispensing. He was friendly and didn't mind repeating things to a senior citizen. A job well done.
