Great Service.
I was very upset on Tuesday that I stayed home all day and no one came for 8a-5p window scheduled for that day. At 6p Tuesday I received a text to reschedule service til Thursday. The time said 4:26p and so I went to work since I'd spent the whole day home on Tuesday. Then the person shows up at 1p and I have to race home. But he came and got it done.

Jeffrey called us in the morning to give us a general time for his arrival so we could better plan our day. That was greatly appreciated. He also called us on his way from his previous stop and arrived in his estimated window. Jeffrey replaced the defective part, test the unit and cleaned up after he was finished. In all, it was a pleasant experience and Jeffrey is a person we would be pleased to do business with in the future.
