Microwave assessment
Jeff called and texted to let me know arrival time. He was very neat and laid a cover on my stove before looking at the microwave. Took his time and explained things well.

James is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working in our home. After several no-shows this past week, we're happy James was the technician who finally came and fixed the oven. Although we were very displeased with Sears' overall service in this matter, it had nothing to do with James. Thanks. We would love to have the phone number of a live person the next time we have a broken appliance.
