John is terrific. However. Your company is terrible. Multiple canceled appointments. Even when tech texted arriving shortly. Never showed up. Original service request on Augusr 6, service completed today 9/11 Had to cancel 2 Dr. appointments, and cancel vacation plans while waiting for tech to show up.
