Excellent.
So professional. Explained what I need to do to fix my problem in a very nice way. Checked a few other things also- even fixed the ice cube collector so the cubes would come out more freely. He even arrived early so I could get to my class on time. Highly recommend him to anyone at anytime. Such a gentleman. Thank you.

I don't even know where to begin. After a horrible interaction with automated and personal customer services, we were graced by the personal service, reliability, communications and understand of Bradley. This guys was beyond too notch and so very much appreciated. He went way above and beyond in his understanding of our frustrations and made sure we were kept up to date on repair status. He knew exactly what was needed and felt directly with the folks in warranties to accomplish what no other entity in your company could accomplish it seemed. Your company and/or any employer would be blessed to have this guy work for them.. After a long two months our refrigerator is finally back to full working order. His dedicated service re-established my faith in your company's ability to provide a personalized service. Thank you Bradley As far as the rest you need some serious work to get some of that correct.
