Great, but…
…If you expect to sell a whole house warranty please provide written information about what exactly is covered and for how long. You put your technicians in an uncomfortable position where they can't answer basic questions about the warranty.

Good repair job
I was pleased that Orlando was able to fix my oven. He answered my questions got the job done My only issue is that the time frame of waiting 8 hours could be narrowed down with better updates.

Tom tried hard.
Tom couldn't fix the issue with the water dispenser despite his efforts. We are entitled to a new refrigerator but per manager Brent it won't be replaced. Good try Tom but shame on Brent and his boss.

Messy
Nice guy but he left my kitchen a mess. Left without replacing racks in the oven, the lefts parts and trash on the counter.

Great Technician But Waited too long!
Jaime Q was perfectly fine. However, I was not able to get a timely appointment to get the ice maker working again. Jaime's diagnosis of the problem on July 24 was fine and we ordered 3 parts for the repair. The parts arrived in a week, and I informed Sears and asked for an appointment before August 8. The phone representative agreed to take care of this and then gave me an appointment for August. I changed it back to the 8th, and called again. The representative told me that I would be listed as an "emergency," since I had been without ice for 2 weeks. The repair was done today and I will know in 24 hours if the ice maker is working. I am not sure that I can recommend Sears Home Services due to the long waits.

Disappointed
No one came today (10/25/24). I had a problem with my washing machine. A technician came on August 23 and said it was a computer problem. He checked and the part was no longer available. Sears has not fixed the problem to date.

Terrible technician
The technician said I tampered with my oven controls when I did not . I followed the instructions in the manual for cleaning and now the insurance company will not repair my oven. The technician made no attempt to listen to me and just made his own determination that I tampered with the controls
