Great job by techs
After waiting 3 months due to not having the parts, then ordering them, they arrived, scheduled a return visit, but was told the wrong part arrived, then reordering, then those arrived, then scheduling a 3rd visit for a tech and another helper, finally the oven got repaired! Sears Home Warranty was frustrating to work with but the techs did a great job in the end.

Stephen was very friendly . He put in filter that I had on hand, was very careful about pulling refrigerator out of area, cleaned certain part of refrigerator, and checked water flow after replacement of filter

The service agent was skilled in what he did. However, Sears did not give him the info I provided so he could bring the correct part. Mir was great...Sears not so much.
