It is very frustrating that you can't give us a smaller window of time for example morning or afternoon instead of 8-5. Mike did a thorough job.He is full of experience and knowledge.But,all tests showed that my stove is ok,but it doesn't work.So I will take his suggestion to see if that does the trick… I needed to make another day for an appt. because he doesn't do refrigerators.It should have been coordinated so I wouldn't need to,stay home another day.

We placed our first appliance call since joining the Sears Home Services plan and we are not disappointed! Mike came out, diligently examined the dishwasher and gave us a positive experience all the way around: he told us the problem, showed how we could better maintain the equipment, and we had a very pleasant interaction from start to finish!

Excellent technician, poor scheduling.
Technician was excellent, scheduling was not great. My second appointment was cancelled due to waiting on parts. Parts were at my home for over a week. I never received a call, text or email until day of appointment saying it was cancelled.

Erick service
Erick did a terrific job. Fixed everything and did a very thorough job cleaning lint from out dryer. He was knowledgable and diagnosed the problem right away. We could not have had a better experience. Erick is an excellent technician. He also was quite cordial.

Too bad Sears Home Services aren't as good as their repairme
Your telephone computer system and CHAT system both are worthless; too bad they don't work as well as your payment collection system does! Still waiting for part for work order created September 8th to repair our microwave and it took three weeks to get parts and fix our refrigerator!
