This was not an easy job (replacing under oven floor baking element that had become fused in place), and technician had been overscheduled (?) and arrived after 6 pm after a very long day. He and his helper did an excellent job. The overall experience, however, was a frustrating one for me, through no fault of the technician. The appointment was originally scheduled for over a week earlier, and no-one came (though the parts had all arrived) that day. I wasted 2 whole days because of the 8-5 appointment window. I couldn't reach a human to confirm parts had arrived, check on technician arrival, and reschedule, and the automated system was limited in its options. I tried hard not to burden the technician with my frustration, but your's is not a customer-friendly business. Given that I purchased the appliance home warranty, I can only hope for a better experience next time.

Good service
Our repairman wasn't able to come until 6 pm because of delays at prior appointments but he checked out our refrigerator and, assured us it waa working properly (our son moved it enough to level it and the noise stopped!) Erick retrieved the extra part ( second extra one) and took it with him!
