Technician review for washer repair

Our scheduled "appointment window" today 8/17/2023 was the typically ridiculous 9 hour time frame from 8am-5pm. Fortunately John G. arrived around 8am-ish. I'm not quite sure how long the repair took but when the job was finished, John G. let us know that he was done and wished us well as he left, most likely to the next job in his long day. John G. has been to our home multiple times for this repair job. The The first time he found out the problem and ordered the needed parts. After the ordered parts arrived, John G. arrived for a second time where he noticed that one of the "new parts" had arrived pre-damaged from the manufacturer in an undamaged shipping box. John G. showed integrity in letting us know that the part we received was damaged and that a replacement for that same broken part would need to be ordered. Unfortunately, this would mean that we would have to wait until the replacement parts came in before the repair could be completed properly. After the replacement part had arrived, I scheduled a new repair date where John G. arrived on 8/17/2023 around 8am and completed the repair. Thank you!
