Scott called before arrival giving me 5 minutes notice. He was ringing my door bell right on that time! His service was quick and efficient. He gave me an explanation of what the problem was and what he had done. He took my check and explained how it was processed. He was very courteous; telling me information about Sears stores as well. I recommend him highly!
