My technician
My technician was great he told me everything he was doing but I hate that I had to wait all day from 8-5 and then he didn't showed up at 6:45 thank goodness I had nothing to do. Other than that it was cool

Review
Friendly but repair part sent to house was incorrect(not sure if it was a vendor issue) resulted in 3 separate visits. Also floor was damaged when fridge was pulled out from wall resulting in scraping on the floors

No Help
I reported my washer leaked water from bottom. Tech however couldn't find anything wrong. It was clearly damp under washer. Off and on my washer leaks from somewhere. Floor has been extremely wet at times. Tech then stated he couldn't move washer to get to back so I personally easily shimmied it side to side effortlessly to pull it out in seconds. He then took off back and again said he couldn't find anything wrong. Hoses he stated were connected properly. So I have no resolution.

Repair
I just posted a review on Yelp. The repair person was fine and repaired the washer machine. However, the surrounding circumstances were extremely disappointing. First, I discovered my parts were sitting in a UPS STORE. I picked up the parts that were very large but fit into my SUV I returned home this evening to find the old stainless steel inner basket in the 24x24x27 tall in my home! The repair person informed my cleaning person that I would have to dispose of this!! That is insane. The communication and customer service is extremely poor! Please make arrangements to pick up this discarded stainless steel basket as soon as possible.
