scott did a great repairing the GE!!! it is too bad it took 4 appointments to get scott to fix my GE. appt 1 sears cancel for no reason appt 2 the guy came did not know how to fix it appt 3. no show appt 4. scott. - nice job.

Scott was very professional and efficient. His work space was clean and organized. The Technicians are good but the Company would get 1 star. My Microwave has been broken since 7/17/23. I paid my $100.00 co payment only to find out 9/25 that it can't be fixed. 60 days, not good service
