Professional and conscientious!
Wintley came and examined the situation I was having with the machine. Although the machine did not show its difficult problem which it alternates in and out of, Wintley did diagnose that the spinnner was not working corretly, thus not cleaning the clothes as it should. The spinner was replaced in a timely fashion and Wintley was very proficient in his evaluation and resolution of an issue which could have resulted in unclean clothes.
