Jim notified me in the morning of the approximate time of his arrival and let me know when he was on his way. He replaced the compressor in my refrigerator and got everything going. He was very professional and pleasant. I was very upset with the scheduling of this appointment, however. I do not think it is reasonable to ask someone with a contract to wait 6-8 days to get a refrigerator repaired. I was never able to speak with a person in this country. In fact, once I made an appointment, I was never able to get a human to speak with me again.

Juan was very knowledgeable about the work that he came to do. His expertise was shown by telling me what was wrong with the refrigerator and by explaining to me everything that he was going to do to make the refrigerator work properly. He's truly an efficient technician.
