Josue showed up on time, listened to me explain what I thought was wrong, then looked at everything concerning my icemaker, found the problem and fixed it. And he answered my questions. Very polite and respectful.

Mr. Phillip was a very professional tech, arrived at appointment time estimate, was thorough in his inspection and diagnosis of issue, the only issue was with dispatch not communicating with their tech in a timely manner, thus causing a delay in the final steps of the diagnosis performed by Mr. Phillip. For better results in the completion of future appointments I highly recommend better communicative training for whoever is in charge of communication with the techs

He did a good job but I thought the price was way too high and I've called around and they aren't that high I do not know what kind of warranty it has on it either he didn't say anything about that yes I was disappointed with the high Cost thank you

Our refrigerator and freezer were broken for a month. One tech came and said he wasn't qualified to work on it. Josue had it fixed in 10 minutes! I am beyond happy.
