Water Heater
The Sears Tech was great. Very professional, the job went real smooth and had everything my water heater needed. Now the bad part.... My window for my Tech to show up was 9 hours. 8 in the morning to 5 pm. Really??? I was also told when I made the appointment, my tech would call call when he was on his way. That didn't happen. I did receive an email with his arrival time. A text message would have been nice. I read that message after he finally arrived at 3:15 pm.
