What does this mean?
Brian was great. Diagnosed problem and made repairs in timely manner. Would recommend him for future repairs. The IT department could use some work. Repeated text messages saying I hadn't responded and was in danger of canceling my service appointment but no way to respond. No number to call except to cancel or reschedule and not a real person to talk to. Not Good!
