Gary is a very good technician
Gary came the first time and told us we needed a new ice maker. He returned today with the replacement and quickly got it installed. He also gave me a few tips and information that I was never aware of before. Gary is great!

I cannot put into words what a professional Tom is. He is knowledgeable, personable, helpful and an all around quality serviceman. Elisha kept me updated on the time of his arrival, text and called me. He thoroughly tested my washer and checked all water pipes and drains. He explained Sears warranty plan and told me about the 30 day warranty on the repair. He exemplifies trustworthy expertise and he's a great asset to Sears
