Washer
I was very unhappy with my service. Thankfully, Elisha was finally able to fix my washer. I was without a washer for almost 2 months. That is not acceptable. Four service men came to my house before it was fixed. If only the first man had taken the washer apart and found out what was wrong with it, I could have saved a lot of money for trips and labor. I have always been very happy with Sears but this experience was not good. I paid the entire bill but feel I should have had a discount given to me. Linda Schmidt

Elisha provided repair service on my washer. It's an old model, but he diagnosed the issue quickly, got the parts ordered, rescheduled my repair and did an outstanding getting me back in operation. I would highly recommend him and his knowledge and skill set.
