Frank was great! Issues with process.
At the beginning of a day, after technicians have their routes and estimated repair times, it would be nice to recieve a smaller window message. I reserved an entire day (8-5) and got an update about 1:30 or so that my tech was 2 stops away. Let me know sooner that I am stop 6, for example, and that the technician will be there in the afternoon.

Repaired dryer
Did a good job and was fast. I wish they had had the correct part with them the first time they came out. I had to wait two weeks for them to come back to fix the dryer.

Bronco was very courteous and quick performing the repair. He also did not put on parts that weren't needed. Advised me to hang on to the belts or return them.
