Freezer issues

Friendly and Fast
Central air unit needed maintenance was making loud sound. Sears tech came out solved the issue, but unfortunately didn't close the door all the way so emergency shut off was triggered. We suffered in heat during the heat wave for a couple of days but Sears prioritized the ticket and get back out and fixed the issue immediately and all is resolved and we are back in cold air/business Tech, friendly fast efficient, apologized for the honest error … not holding that against him. Pleasant experience both times. Have used other Vendor/contractors in the past and always go back to Sears.

Gas Dryer Repair
Donald arrived at our home and went right to work on our dryer, asking questions about what the issue was with it, he explained what he was going to do to find the problem and fix it after receiving our permission. Great customer service!
