Washer repair
Don was prompt, courteous, and resourceful. He kept me updated on ETA and was able to make a wiring connection when one wire set was too short to plug together by doing a work around to make it work. I now have a working machine thanks to Don. Could not have had a better experience!

Refrigerator issue
Brownell is a good technician. However, after the technicians 7th visit our refrigerator is NOT working as it should. Was running when he arrived. Has not run since new part was installed. Please do something to rectify this situation. Our fridge has not run correctly since before Christmas! We are very frustrated.
