The Greatest
John was wonderful, very polite, etc. He fixed my issues and then fixed the loose frame around my ice and water area that my previous service man said it could not be fixed. You need more people like John. Thank You !!

The service repair man was very nice and fast to repair my washer. Excellent service from him! The service with the warranty company however is wanting. Terrible. One hand doesn't what the other is doing when it came to scheduling and rescheduling.
