Great Tech but where are the parts
James P, the service tech, is Outstanding! If I had a business, of ANY kind, he would be my first hire. The problem was with the back ordered parts. Sears Home Service needs to improve the logistics with their parts department. It should not take weeks to obtain parts. I found them, in stock, on other web sites. Other than the long delay, it was Groovy.
