Amazing
Jerel was amazing from diagnosis of my washing machine to the completion of my repair. He brought two other amazing technicians with him and I am grateful for their time. They were amazing and very nice to my kids and dog in my home. Cannot praise them all enough

Roberto got 5 stars! He was outstanding
Roberto knew what the problem was and was already working on the problem. He was very pleasant, kind yet knowledgeable about what the problem was. He also was able to complete the service in good time. He did help by giving us a little key that tightens the door handles of the refrigerator. He said he might need to come back next year to deal with the same concerns. He was easy going and we enjoyed having him here.
