Jim is very knowledgeable and friendly. He called 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed and fixed the issue, and offered tips for keeping the appliance working. I would use this service again, and I would recommend Jim to friends.

5 Stars is not enough!!!
The tech could not have been better. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the dishwasher. Once the part was installed he ran a complete check of the diagnostics before telling me it was fixed. He also gave me tips on each of the cleaning cycles so in addition to a fully functional machine, I actually learned things about cleaning different types of dishes. Jim is a absolute ACE.
