Our oven
Larry came in he confirmed the issue we were having with our double wall oven. He then began to work and found an additional problem. He fixed the secondary issue and then installed the part that had been sent to us. Of course after he replaced the part he confirmed that both ovens worked and that they were heating up properly. He then checked to see if the temperature coincided with the actual temperature in the oven. When he was done he cleaned the area where he had been working explain what we should do if we had any additional issues and thanked us for using Sears.

Observations
Charles was great! However, the price charged for these services was exorbitant. 299.00 for labor [less than an hour!]. And then another 50.00 for cleaning the bottom of our dryer. While it was filthy, that amount should have been included in the labor and even then it would have been too high. I demand a refund of 50.00 and a call from someone in charge.
