AHHH! A quiet dryer!!!
I set up a repair call and was asked if I wanted a virtual call to try to expedite the repair. I agreed to it, as the last time it worked quite well! Took the call a few minutes later, and the tech had a repair kit sent to me. Jorge showed up today, checked the noise, found the parts to be just what he needed, and shoftly after had it fixed! I was skeptical about someone diagnosing virtually, but the 2 techs I dealt were 'spot on', and no waiting for a part and a 2nd trip yo put it in! Saves their time, and mine! And, I found out those techs are former repairmen, with bad knees, backs, etc, but a wealth of experience that SHS is tapping into! Bravo, SHS! Lots of other companies could be utilizing the knowledge of their retirees for everyones benefit, too!

Steven is great tech, he's very polite, arrived on time, offered to wear booties, did an inspection & was able to find the issue. Unfortunately the part is no longer available which is out of his control.
