Thought we had a leaky washer...
We noticed some water coming from our washer and after spending time investigating, decided to call an expert. Kenneth was on time, communicated prior to his arrival, and after running diagnostics, confirmed that we did NOT have a leaky washer. Appreciate that he was honest and didn't try and convince us otherwise.
