OK but…
Scott did a fine job with the info he had, but it was not accurate. The filter installations for my refrigerator, which I have had for 4-5 years, are not what he accessed. The correct ones are on page 17 of the manual. The water is flowing fine so far, so I guess it's working regardless on the weong instructions. Scott was polite and patient, even tho he probably thought I was nuts. I had to leave for an appointment, but I knew how we had done this installation many times before. Did GE provide him bad info? I just know what my owners' manual says.

Attitude, grouchy and inefficent
Three times he has beenbout tonwirknon dryer, 2/3 times he claimed it was a 25 cent piece size of lint. The dryer still doesnt heat up and dry correctly takes hours to do a small load of sheets. The washer has been over a month and still no parts. Still no repaor and he refuses to requeat replacement to resolve the issue and he states tha5 is because Sears says he cannot do that.
