Great Service
Mike was extremely helpful in getting the parts needed to repair our stove. We had ordered a new stove from GE and it did not work when we got it. Mike took the time to contact GE to make sure they would cover the cost to fix it and he got the parts ordered and as soon as they came he was here and got it fixed! Super nice guy!

Mike's Review
Called he was on his way. Diagnosed problem including cleaning partially clogged drain hose. After service call completed, I ran the dishwasher. Did not complete cycle, which was the original problem. Reset washer and restarted. Same end result. Mike did return my call and explained what would be the next step, which sounds expensive.
