Although my washer was unable to be fixed because Samsung warranty did not provide all the parts necessary, Caleb helped me with how to proceed with Samsung. He wrote down exactly what was wrong with the washer in hopes that I could get a refund from Samsung. Very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend his service. He was also very knowledgeable

Caleb was great, Sears was awful
Caleb was on time, polite, patient, and helped me when the Sears warranty failed me. He also saved me from having to pay out of pocket for parts that were supposed to be paid for by my warranty. Unfortunately, this meant he had to leave without fixing the refrigerator. Caleb worked hard to get a hold of his manager to help settle the dryer that he had already worked on under the impression I did not have a warranty. I greatly thank Caleb and his manager for that. However, I have since cancelled my Sears warranty, and complained to the Better Business Bureau about the fraud that Sears is up to.

Ricky quickly replaced my mower spindle assembly and explained what he was doing. He arrived with all the needed equipment and also adjusted the steering. Highly recomend him.

mike was here for his seventh visit/fourth call on my GE problem-child washer/dryer stackable unit. He is ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY professional, relational and exceptional when it comes to ACCURATELY DIAGNOSING, then fixing the problem upon return visits with ordered parts. If it wasn't for him, I would be INSANE... he deserves A RAISE for presenting ypur company WELL. (SCOTT, however, was rude, demeaning, arrogant, and did NOT find the problem (the call before.) I told JIM to LEAVE. NEVER send him out to me again). SEVEN STARS FOR MIKE, however, he is THE STAR of the show!!
