Ding dong the witch is dead
Based on my experience with the company contracted to maintain appliances bought at Sears stores in Hawaii, don't wait on them to get your appliances fixed. Expect that after at least three scheduled appointments he will tell you he can't fix the appliance, go buy another one. To placate you he will tell you he will put in an order saying the equipment is beyond repair. It really isnl't so. It's just that he either doesn't know how to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Dishwasher not working still
Dishwasher still not fixed. We are still unable to use it; water accumulation at the bottom which was the initial issue for the service call

Did not fix the issue
Kaui said the unit was fixed after replacing the broken part but the washer still doesn't work. The unit was supposed to be fixed today and it's not my fault the unit isn't working. He should've went back today to fix the issue but he said he couldn't.

No info so tech couldn't do anything, being charged for nothing, is a little hard to take. I know not his fault, but shouldn't be chargeable.

Dissatisfied
In describing the problem, the Sears technician repeatedly gave his analysis on why he believed I did not have a problem. He failed to appreciate the fact that the problem did exist. It had been witnessed by family and other parties. Have you ever experienced situations where people tell you that you did not see what you in fact saw? Gaslighting? This was my experience - the technician was not truly interested in my problem but his own analysis.
