Actually, ZERO stars
He was horrible. First off, pull your hair back when you go on service class. For a man to have hair longer than mine and down - in my home - NO. He did not do the repair. Would not accept the information I provided about what had happened with the washer and tried to tell me it was a board issue due to roach droppings rather than a door issue I had reported. Even after telling him how the water did start if I pressed the door shut, he did not take that into consideration. He did not compete the call and was extremely rude. Do not EVER send him to my home again. This is the first time in my over 20 years of using Sears repairs that I've had such an awful experience.

Bad customer service
Refused to install the part after I took olestra work early to be hear. He said that a different technician ordered the part but he didn't think that it was necessary to install without even looking at the part on the refrigerator. He installed the other two parts and this part was canceled on back order. He said that just listening everything sounded good so he didn't want to create any problems. I told him that my warranty was expiring this month on the 15th and I don't want to pay to have it installed later if it goes bad but he still insisted that he didn't want to install the part.

Washing machine
It's been a terrible experience dealing with searshomeservices over four months later my washing machine was never fixed or replaced won't be renewing my contract which I've had for over fifty years. So sorry i can't give a rating for a job that was never fixed.

Property manager
Your tech came 2 weeks ago, ordered a part then arrived today to inform the repair isn't cost effective. So, I just wasted 2 weeks when could have found a replacement stove 2 weeks ago had I been told it couldn't be repaired. To add insult to injury you charged me almost $450. I'll never use Sears repair again.

Dishonest and very disappointing
After waiting for weeks for Ryan to come back and complete my repair, appointment was finally set. But in the day of the visit, he called to cancel, saying he didn't have time. Out of desperation I asked if a "big tip" would make a difference (and get him back here as planned), he said it "probably would". It was clear that he knew how deeply I needed this dryer repair after waiting nearly 8 weeks, and he was taking advantage to elicit a bribe. This man represents Sears Appliance Repair, a trusted company in my book. But I will never do work with him or his company again.

My washer is still not working
He must have just replaced the part and failed to test machine because he was done in less than 15 minutes My washer is still not working! And to top it all off I had to wait over two months for someone to finally come and the washer is still not working at all! I am furious!

Absolutely worthless
Tech came on time. Scheduling was easy. However he did nothing. Basically said that the item that needs to be repaired was not his problem. We should call the manufacturer. We bought the fridge from Sears but they won't service it!! And we got charged. What a ripoff.
