Washing Machine Repair
I was very pleased with the service provided by Chad. His initial assessment of the problem was correct, proper parts were ordered. He briefed me on the preps required for him to perform the repairs. Repairs were efficient and I'm looking to continued use of the machine.

This repair has taken over a month and has still not been fixed. Lani was very agreeable and mentioned that the fridge was getting cooler and that I should put a bottle of water in the freezer and that when it froze then it was ready to use but it has been 4 days and it hasn't frozen. We have been spending money daily getting ice for the cooler (3 bags a day) and I am really tired of this. Not to mention food loss. Maybe we need a new refrigerator!

Derek knows why he received this rating stemming from his 2nd appointment. Rude, implied that I expected the second service free. Said "you gotta pay, this visit isn't free". Said that he can't keep coming here for the same thing, that his boss will get mad.

Other Options
Had to wait all day for the diagnosis. Time was 8am-5pm. He came at 3:20. Stayed no longer than 10 minutes and gave us bad news. This LG is not that old. I felt he could have taken some time and find the leak and show what the problem was. I will be calling management.

Low review due to ice maker still not working
I gave Mr. Bowman a low rating because after 3 days the ice maker is still not working and need to make another service call. Mr. Bowman found ice stuck in the uce maker, removed it and informed my husband to wait 3 days for it start making ice. Its been 3 days going on the 4th day and still no ice.

Problem not addressed
Service issue as much the fault of the website as the repairman. Site said he was 6 stops away and coming at 6:35pm. He actually arrived a little after 4pm. Luckily, my daughter arrived home at almost the same time. The issue was really the freezer was not cold enough (which I mentioned in special instructions) since that was not an option in the other place. He reset the ice maker (since that was the issue selected), but did not look at the freezer. If I was home, I would have asked him to address it but since I did not know he would come earlier than scheduled, was not able to. Freezer not cold enough so that is why ice is not being made by ice maker.

8/15/23 Repair service
Nice guy but didn't fix the problem. Needed to call for repair again. Very inconvenient as I am not able to wash clothes again and have to rely on other people. By the time your repairman comes again, it will be a month since I started having this problem. I hope they do not return the parts that were originally ordered on 8/2 but did not use today as they thought it was something else that was giving problems.

Service review
Dear Customer Service: The technician that serviced my Kenmore washer yesterday did a poor job. I did a load of wash this morning and the front load washer door was still caked with film. I ran my fingers along w the rubber sealer and they were dirty. He completed this maintenance check so quickly, unlike previous maintenance technicians. I don't think it is worth paying extra for this service in the future. Disappointed!
