Dryer repair
Travis went over and above his job when following up the progress of the repair. Part originally ordered had been lost. He re-ordered and rescheduled our appointment. Unfortunately, the system did not recognize the appointment and we waited all day and nobody showed up, although ut shiwed thst a trch named Albert was supposed to be assigned. When I called Travis he traced back and made a special effort to contact his supervisor and add our repair to his busy schedule for the day. He is friendly, cordial, and very easy to understand when he replaced our dryer part. On top of that, he detected a small gas leak in our line and advised us. We have shut off the gas and are in the process of replacing the valve on the gas line. He is an excellent employee and if I could give him 10 stars out of five, I would do so. Extremely satisfied with his mannerism, expertise, and diligence to get the job done.
