Customer service review
Eric was very professional. Listened to us as we explained the problems we've been having with our Refrigerator. He explained why things were not working properly and installed parts that was ordered. He also cleaned the build up of dust and lint that was covering our condenser. You should be proud to have an employee like Eric that is very knowledgeable and have excellent people skills. He deserves a raise!! Don't let this one go!

washing machine repair
Aloha: I began this repair journey in the beginning of July. The first technician diagnosed the lid lock needed to be replaced. He did that last week but did not fix the problem. Fortunately Travis came today and was knowledgeable enough to diagnose broken wires on the water pump and I am hopeful the problem is now fixed. Mahalo Travis. Steve
